RAWALPINDI: In a significant move to enhance workforce stability and commitment, Kinza Murtaza, Director General of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), has officially regularized the service of seven officers and five staff members of RDA.
The regularized employees include: In BS-17 Two Assistant Directors of State Management Muhammad Shoaib Khan, Waqar Ahmed, Two Assistant Directors Planning Mehwish Naseem, Shiza Tanveer, Two Assistant Directors Building Control Rimsha Siddiqa, Muhammad Dawood, One Assistant Director Arch Syeda Rida Sultan, In BS-16 Computer Officer Umar Farooq and
Assistant Muhammad Asmatullah Khan, In BS-14 Three Sub Engineers Habibur Rahman, Qamar Rafiq and Mohammad Arsalan.
Director General RDA, Kinza Murtaza regularized these RDA contract employees based on recommendations from the Scrutiny Committee, emphasizing the authority’s commitment to maintaining a skilled and dedicated workforce.
The DG RDA has urged the newly regularized employees to approach their roles with integrity and diligence, prioritizing the effective resolution of public grievances.
