Silence of international community on Indian atrocities and brutalities on innocent kashmiries is against civilized values : Qasim Noon
Islamabad ; Chairperson Special Committee on Kashmir Committee Rana Qasim Noon has said that Kashmir issue is an unfinished agenda of partition of Sub-continent. He said that innocent civilians have been facing unprecedented brutalities and atrocities committed by Indian Armed forces since seventy six years. He expressed his appreciation for the consistent struggle of Hurriat Leaders for the cause of Kashmir. He expressed these views during his meeting with the delegation of Hurriat Leaders in Islamabad today.
Chairman Kashmir Committee Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon also expressed his resolve that Pakistan would continue to support kashmiries at moral, political, and diplomatic levels. He also said that the objective of the Kashmir Committee is to engage the regional and international community. Furthermore , he said , “making Special Committee on Kashmir as more effective voice of Kashmir cause would be prime priority of Kashmir Committee.” He added, “Kashmir is an unfinished agenda of partition of sub-continent.”
Hurriat Leader extended felicitation to Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon on his successful election as Chairperson Kashmir Committee. He suggested that the special committee on Kashmir has been an effective plate forum to coordinate with regional and international supporters. He also expressed his resolve that Hurriat Leaders would continue to suppport Kashmir Committee.Further, he proposed that members Hurriat leaders must be part of Kashmir Committee He also suggested for inclusion of leaders of Hurriat Conference in Kashmir Comitteee to take their input. He also emphasized that the Kashmir Committee should play its effective role, especially at OIC and other regional and international forums. He also expressed lamentation that the international community is not raising voices against human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
