BEIJING, July 17 – In a spirit of friendship and cultural exchange, the 2024 “Chinese Bridge” Summer Camp has commenced at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (JXUST) in Ganzhou, China, bringing together 20 Pakistani educators and students for an immersive two-week journey. This esteemed program, under the auspices of the Confucius Institute Headquarters and the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, aims to foster a deeper understanding between China and Pakistan.

Representing prestigious institutions from Pakistan, including Punjab University, Lahore University of Management Sciences, Allama Iqbal Open University, and Aitchison College, the participants have gathered to delve into the world of Mandarin Chinese, unravel the mysteries of Chinese characters, and explore the rich cultural heritage of China.

This comprehensive program offers a unique blend of intensive language classes, cultural workshops, traditional Chinese art classes, and excursions to historic sites, providing a firsthand experience of China’s splendor. The camp also facilitates a two-way cultural exchange, allowing participants to experience daily Chinese life and share their own rich cultural heritage.
