Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa Embarks on a Comprehensive Inspection Tour of Ongoing Projects in Islamabad
On Saturday, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, accompanied by senior officers, conducted a thorough inspection of various ongoing projects in the city. The visit aimed to assess the progress, ensure quality, and expedite completion.
The inspection tour commenced at the Islamabad Model Jail, where Chairman CDA directed the swift completion of construction work. He emphasized the need for rigorous monitoring by the CDA’s engineering wing to ensure timely completion.
Next, Chairman CDA visited Sector C-16, expressing satisfaction with the progress in sectors C-16/3 and C-16/4. He instructed the prompt resolution of built property issues and ensured that rehabilitation benefits for affectees would be delivered through a convenient one-window service.
In Sector C-14, Chairman CDA stressed the importance of completing road networks, drainage systems, and sewage systems by September 20. He emphasized the need for high-quality work, warning of action against consultants for any negligence.
Chairman CDA also ordered the immediate halt of construction activities near Margalla Hills National Park, emphasizing environmental conservation.
At the Park Road expansion project, Chairman CDA expressed dissatisfaction with the pace of work, directing the swift completion of the project and timely finishing of all sections.
Finally, at the Stray Dog Population Control Center, Chairman CDA instructed improved care for the dogs, enhanced ventilation, and cleaning systems, considering the summer weather.
