Chairperson Chief Minister’ DEFIM Brigadier (Rtd) Babar Ala-ud-din visited Murree

Rawalpindi:On the special instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Chairperson Chief Minister Directorate Inspection and Monitoring Brigadier (Rtd) Babar Alauddin, Sitara Imtiaz Military visited Murree. The meeting was held at DC Office Murree chaired by Chairperson Chief Minister Directorate Inspection and Monitoring. The meeting was attended by DC Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi, ADCR Captain (retd) Shehryar Shirazi and officers of other departments. A detailed briefing was given regarding Murree Development Program in the meeting. Addressing the meeting, Chairperson Chief Minister Directorate of Inspection and Monitoring Brigadier (R) Babar Alauddin, Sitara Imtiaz Military said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, he is visiting various districts to review the performance of government departments. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is taking practical steps to provide relief to the people. The completion of public welfare projects will provide facilities to the public. The district administration is taking measures to control inflation. Steps are being taken to reduce the prices of daily commodities. Brigadier (retd) Babar Alauddin said that all resources are being used to provide relief to the people. Monitoring process will help in improving departmental performance. Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz is working for the betterment of the people of Punjab. Brigadier (Rtd) Babar Alauddin directed that front desks should be established in all departments for the convenience of the people. He said that there is zero tolerance policy regarding corruption. Punjab Cleanliness Campaign has been launched to improve the sanitation system. Development projects will be completed on time. Any kind of omission or delay in development projects will not be tolerated. Murree is the center of tourism, a series of measures are being taken for the promotion of tourism. The role of the administration along with the peace committee, business community and other stakeholders in establishing peace and order is commendable. Officers were directed to be kind to people so that they get confidence in coming to government offices. On this occasion, DC Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi said that the people-friendly measures taken by CM Punjab will be completed very soon. The district administration will not sit idly by until the task given by the Punjab government is completed and relief is provided to the common man. Chairperson CM Directorate Inspection and Monitoring expressed satisfaction on the performance of the district administration.
