ISLAMABAD:Director Excise and Taxation Department (E&TD) Bilal Azam will hold E-katchery on Wednesday for the redressal of public complaints and queries through social media platform.
According to an E&T spokesman, the purpose for holding E-katchery is to resolve citizens’ grievances at the earliest and ensure speedy justice at their door-step.
Bilal Azam said holding this E-katchery is to resolve citizens’ issues and assured department’s commitment to providing more transparent and user-friendly services for residents.
