Islamabad: In a high-level meeting, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal underscored the crucial need for modern skills in the industrial sector and a significant boost in productivity to transform Pakistan’s economy. The meeting focused on the National Productivity Master Plan, aimed at revitalizing the country’s economic growth.
Minister Ahsan Iqbal emphasized that Pakistan’s economy requires rapid growth, and the only way to achieve this is by enhancing productivity. He highlighted the importance of increasing exports, modernizing the economy, and advancing the dairy value chain. Despite challenges, some sectors have shown promising results by increasing productivity.
